Shipping, Damaged Items, and Spills

Risk of loss passes to you when we hand your order to the carrier. MIX is not responsible for items that are damaged, leaking, spilled, crushed, lost, or delayed while in the carrier's possession.

If your order arrives damaged or spilled, you must file a shipping claim with the carrier. Carriers require evidence, so as soon as the package arrives:

1. Keep the box, packing materials, and damaged product until the claim is resolved.
2. Photograph the outside of the box from all sides, including the shipping label.
3. Photograph the inside of the box and the damaged or spilled items exactly as found.
4. File a claim with the carrier shown on your tracking information and submit your photos as evidence.
5. Email hello@mixsunless.com with your order number and the same photos. We want to help and will do our best to support your claim.

Claims reported more than 7 days after delivery, or without photos, are often rejected by carriers, so contact us right away.

Goods ship by standard post and typically take 5 to 14 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery charges are added at checkout. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name; we are not liable for goods delivered to the wrong address or person because the information you provided was inaccurate or incomplete.
